At AFILALABS, we strive to provide the highest quality field service management and call handling service through our products like Afila. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund, and we have established the following policy to address such situations.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase or the latest renewal date.
  • New Accounts: First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their initial subscription if they are not satisfied with our service.

Refund Process

  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Requests made after the eligible refund period
  • Service discontinuation due to violations of our Terms of Service
  • Cases of detected fraudulent activity
